My Story

Hey, I’m Amber.

My relationship with food—and my body—started long before I understood what was really going on.

At eight years old, patterns began forming that would follow me for decades.

Bingeing. Restricting. Trying to control my body. Trying to fix it.

For a long time, I believed the answer was discipline. More control. More effort. Doing everything “right.”

And for a while, I could make it work.

But underneath it… I was exhausted. Disconnected. And constantly at war with myself.

What I didn’t understand then was this:

It was never just about food.

It was about what I was holding in my body. Stress. Emotions. Patterns. Beliefs I didn’t even know were there.

The real shift didn’t happen when I tried harder. It happened when I started to slow down.

When I stopped fighting my body… and began listening to it.

That’s what led me into this work.

The Work I Do Now

Today, my work bridges the body, the nervous system, and emotional awareness.

I support people in releasing what’s been held beneath the surface—

so they can reconnect with their body, their intuition, and themselves.

This isn’t about fixing you.

It’s about helping you come back into relationship with yourself in a deeper, more honest way.

Because when that relationship changes—everything else begins to shift.

My Approach

My work is rooted in both lived experience and deep training.

I integrate:

  • somatic bodywork (True Body Intelligence)

  • nervous system regulation

  • mind-body nutrition & eating psychology

  • emotional and energetic integration

This allows us to work not just with behaviors…

but with what’s underneath them.
